Adding Funds to the Wallet

Add funds to your Shiplo Wallet by choosing a payment method, completing setup in Stripe, and updating your wallet balance with available funds.

 

 

Steps to add funds to your wallet

1. Open your wallet

Go to the Shiplo Wallet section where you manage your balance and wallet activity.

2. Start the add funds flow

Select the option to add funds to your wallet. This begins the funding process.

3. Add Payment Method

To continue, click Add Payment Method. This opens the payment setup flow for the wallet.

4. Complete payment setup in Stripe

Shiplo opens a Stripe popup where you can link your payment method. You can choose to add:

    • a credit card

    • a bank account for ACH transfer

5. Confirm the payment method

Finish the setup steps in Stripe and confirm the payment method you want to use for wallet funding.

6. Add funds to the wallet

Once the payment method is successfully added, the wallet flow continues and the funds become available in your Shiplo Wallet.

7. Review your updated wallet balance

After the process is complete, check your wallet to confirm that the available funds have been updated.

 

What happens next

After adding funds, you can usually move on to:

  • reviewing your wallet balance

  • using the available funds for Shiplo transactions

  • adding another payment method later

  • returning to the wallet for future funding activity

 

Tips for a smoother wallet funding experience

  • Make sure you use the correct payment method before confirming.

  • Choose ACH or card based on your preferred payment workflow.

  • Double-check that the Stripe popup completes successfully before closing it.

  • Review the wallet balance after setup to confirm the funds are available.
