Set Up Auto Top-Up For Your Wallet
Automatically refill your Shiplo Wallet by setting a minimum balance, top-up amount, funding source, and daily top-up limit.
Steps to set up Auto Top-up
1. Open your wallet
Go to the Shiplo Wallet section where you manage wallet balance, funding, and wallet settings.
2. Enable Auto Top-up
Turn on Auto Top-up to start configuring automatic wallet funding.
3. Set the minimum balance
Enter the minimum balance you want to maintain in your wallet. This is the threshold Shiplo uses to decide when to trigger Auto Top-up.
4. Define when Auto Top-up runs
Once Auto Top-up is enabled, Shiplo checks your wallet balance against the minimum value you set. Whenever the wallet balance drops below that minimum, Shiplo automatically funds the wallet using your configured funding source.
5. Enter the top-up amount
Select the amount you want Shiplo to add each time Auto Top-up is triggered.
6. Select the funding method
Choose the funding method Shiplo should use for Auto Top-up. This should be one of your configured payment sources.
7. Set the maximum daily frequency
Define the maximum daily frequency for Auto Top-up. This controls how many times Shiplo can automatically add funds to your wallet in a single day.
8. Save the Auto Top-up automation
Save your settings to activate the Auto Top-up rule.
What happens next
After Auto Top-up is saved:
-
Shiplo monitors your wallet balance against the minimum threshold
-
the wallet is automatically funded when the balance drops below that amount
-
the selected funding source is used for each top-up
-
Auto Top-up follows the daily frequency limit you defined
Example
Here’s a simple example of how Auto Top-up works:
-
minimum balance: $100
-
top-up amount: $50
-
funding source: saved bank account
-
maximum daily frequency: 2 times per day
If your wallet balance drops below $100, Shiplo automatically adds $50 from the selected bank account, up to 2 times in one day.
